We are on the 31st floor of the Gas Company Tower in Downtown
Los Angeles. The building is conveniently located at the intersection of 5th
Street and South Olive Street, across from the Biltmore Hotel, and provides convenient on-site
parking for visitors. There is also plenty of affordable off-site parking in
the surrounding Downtown community, such as the parking lot located directly
across South Olive Street, between 4th and 5th Street.

the East via I-10 or I-60
Take I-10 West or
I-60 West, to US 101 North. Proceed through the interchange to Grand
Avenue (the last exit before the Pasadena Freeway). Exit on Grand Avenue
and turn right at the top of the ramp. Go 2 blocks south along Grand
Avenue to First Street. Turn left onto First Street, moving immediately
into the right lane. Go one short block east, turn right onto Olive
Street. Continue on Olive Street, past Fourth Street. The building
garage entrance is the last driveway on the right at the bottom of
the hill, just before Fifth Street. If you get to Fifth Street, you
have gone too far.

the South via I-110
Take I-110 North
to the Fourth Street exit. Stay in the right lane and continue on
Fourth Street to Olive Street. Turn right at the first stop light
onto Olive Street. Continue south on Olive Street. The building garage
entrance is the last driveway on the right at the bottom of the hill,
just before Fifth Street. If you get to Fifth Street, you have gone
too far.

Take I-5 North to
US 101 North; remain in the left-hand lanes. Proceed through the interchange

From CA-1 (PCH),
turn onto Aviation Blvd for 3 miles. Turn right onto Rosecrans. Take
I-405 North for 1 mile to I-105 East for 4.5 miles. Stay in the right-hand
lanes to continue onto I-110 North for 7 miles. Exit on Fourth Street.
Stay in the right lane and continue on Fourth Street to Olive Street.
Turn right at the first stop light onto Olive Street. Continue south on
Olive Street. The building garage entrance is the last driveway on
the right at the bottom of the hill, just before Fifth Street. If you
get to Fifth Street, you have gone too far.

the West Side and Los Angeles International Airport via I-405
Take I-405 North,
to I-10 East, to I-110 North. Proceed through the interchange and
exit on Fourth Street. Stay in the right lane and continue on Fourth
Street to Olive Street. Turn right at the first stop light onto Olive
Street. Continue south on Olive Street. The building garage entrance
is the last driveway on the right at the bottom of the hill, just before
Fifth Street. If you get to Fifth Street, you have gone too far.

Take I-110 South
to the to the Fourth Street exit. Stay in the right lane and continue
on Fourth Street to Olive Street. Turn right at the first stop light

- From the North and Burbank Airport via I-5 or US 101
Take I-5 South or
US 101 South, to I-110 South. Move to the right through the interchange
and exit on Fourth Street. Move immediately into the right lane and
continue on Fourth Street to Olive Street. Turn right at the first
stop light onto Olive Street. Continue south on Olive Street. The
building garage entrance is the last driveway on the right at the bottom

Take I-210 West
to CA-134 for 4.5 miles. Merge onto CA-2 South. Take CA-2 South to
I-5 South; remain in the right-hand lane. Take I-5 South to I-110
South. Move to the right through the interchange and exit on Fourth
Street. Move immediately into the right lane and continue on Fourth
Street to Olive Street. Turn right at the first stop light onto Olive
Street. Continue south on Olive Street. The building garage entrance
is the last driveway on the right at the bottom of the hill, just before
Fifth Street. If you get to Fifth Street, you have gone too far.
- From the Metrolink
Take Metrolink
to the Red Line. Exit at Pershing Square. Walk up West Fifth Street
one block to the Gas Company Tower Building.
